Its late at night in Banai Brak, almost everyone is sound asleep, it is the time that the hard working people of Dani’s bakery are doing most of their work, providing bread to an extremely large area, this is what Dani has been doing for the most part of his life, from a very young age.

Following Dani in this few months, in preparation for his site building and the writing of his recipe book, has been a very surprising experience, if you ever thought that the life of the hard working baker can be boring, think again, it is full of funny adventures and surprises, especially when its located near a town as full of buzz as Tel Aviv.

In the next few weeks we will slowly build a bigger page dedicated to Dani’s  work, and with the development of the web pages we hope to introduce more than just the recipes and food preparation processes, we also hope to give you a little peek into the life of an expert baker, and an overall great guy.
