Ingredients:
- 1/2 c warm (not hot) water
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 2-1/4 tsp RapidRise or Active Dry yeast
- 2-1/2 c flour, sifted
- 1/4 c plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil, plus extra for greasing bowl
- 1 large egg
- 5 Tbsp salted butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Handful of your favorite herbs, chopped or torn into small pieces (cilantro, parsley, mint, chives, etc)
