Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 cup (200 g) cooked mashed carrots (just steam them and then mash them)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups (220 g) flour
- 1/4 teaspoon (2 g) ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon (2 g) nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) orange juice
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) powdered ginger
- 2 cups powdered sugar (icing sugar)
- Salt to taste
- 3/4 cup (150 g) sugar
