Ingredients:
- 2 inch cinnamon stick
- 10- 12 curry leaves
- 1/2 – 3/4 tsp mustard seeds
- Oil for deep frying + 1 1/2 tbsp oil for tempering
- 3 large onions sliced
- 500g of par boiled potatoes
- 1-2 tsp dried red chilli flakes
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
