- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 head of cabbage, chopped or shredded
- 1 1/2 C. carrots, chopped or shredded
- 1 Tb. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/3 C. mayonnaise
- 1/2 C. raisins
- sea salt to taste
