  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 2.5 pounds corned beef ribs
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup light beer
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
