Ingredients:2 eggs1 cup sugar2 tablespoons butter, softened1 cup cooked OR canned pumpkin1 tablespoon lemon juice4 1/2 cups Pamela’s Ultimate Wheat Free Baking & Pancake Mix1/2 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice1 cup evaporated milkOil for Deep Frying (I used peanut oil)3 cups confectioner’s sugar4 tablespoons orange juice1 tablespoon evaporated milkCourse: morning meal,brunch,breakfast
