- 2 eggs (I like to separate and beat whites for a fluffier cake)
- Purple gel food coloring
- Green gel food coloring
- Yellow gel food coloring
- 1/2 cup oil olive oil
- 5 cups powdered sugar
- salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups unsalted butter , at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
