Ingredients:1/3 cup rolled oats1/2 cup lowfat plain Greek yogurt1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk2 tsp chia seeds1 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder1 1/2 tsp honey2 Tbs blueberries4 strawberries, sliced1/4 cup golden raspberries (about 6-8)1/4 cup blackberries (about 4-5)Course: morning meal,brunch,breakfast
