Healthy Mint Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Applesauce
  • 1/4 cup ripe, soft Avocado
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon Natural Butter Extract
  • 1- 15 ounce can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chunks or Chips
  • 3/4 cup plus 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 3/4 cup plus 1 Tablespoon Coconut Sugar
  • 5 ounces Dark Chocolate**
  • 1 Drop Natural Green Food Coloring (Optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Grape seed Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Ground Flax
  • 1 Tablespoon Whipped Coconut Cream or Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Neutral Oil
  • 1 Whole (2 halves) canned or jar unsweetened Pear (I use Trader Joe's)
  • 3/4 teaspoon Pure Peppermint Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea or Pink Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons White Spelt Flour or Rice Flour*
  • 2 Tablespoons White Spelt Flour or White Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Xylitol
