- 1/2 cup Wheat flour
- 1/2 cup All purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon espresso powder/Instant coffee
- 3/4 cup Sugar (add more if you like more sweet), OR replace with xyliTol
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup Canola Oil
- 4 ounces Apple Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2/3 cup chopped toasted almonds
