- 250 grams butter
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 500 gr. kantaifi pastry
- 1/2 cup. glucose
- zest of 1 lemon
- 150 g. margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 200 grams crushed walnuts
- 2 cups water
