Ingredients:
- 2 (8oz.) packages Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1½ cups crushed Oreo cookies
- ¼ cup strawberry preserves
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 oz. White chocolate (divided to 2 oz. and 1 oz.)
- Heat oven to 350.
