Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt+ extra for sprinkling
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup bittersweet or dark chocolate chips (I used Ghiradelli's 60%% cacao chips)
