Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 8 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup frozen corn, snowpeas, and diced carrots
- 8 ounces sliced white mushroom
- 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped heart celery (if you don't have it, you don't need it. It doesn't affect the taste)
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion, keep both white and green part
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- black ground pepper
- eggs – 2 eggs per one omelette
- Vegetable oil
