- 2 teaspoons kosher salt, more to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
- 1 cup smoked turkey, cut into bit-sized pieces
- 2 cups broth or water, more as needed
