- 180 g Whole Wheat Flour or All Purpose Flour (plus extra for working of the dough)
- 1 Banana, sliced diagonally
- 1 1/2 cups melted butter
- 1 Egg, lightly beaten
- 4 Egg Yolks, lightly beaten
- 90 g Granulated Sugar (white or brown)
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp ground coffee beans
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 3 Tbsp Milk (whichever kind)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tbsp Cold Water
