  • 1 pound Raw Large Shrimp, peeled and seasoned

  • Scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning Mix
  • 1 pound Turkey Sausage, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Unbleached Flour
