- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can coconut milk
- 2 lb head of cauliflower

- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- curry powder, to taste
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 pinches ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 5 tablespoons minced shallot (1 large)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened (may want to add more)
