Ingredients:
- 3 cups sliced apples preferably Jonathan
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups of sugar
- 3 teaspoons vanilla (I increased this from 2 tsps. in original recipe)
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
