- 1 can full fat coconut milk, refrigerated overnight
- 1/2 c Chobani pineapple greek yogurt
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c spelt flour
- 1/4 c unsweetened coconut, toasted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 c walnuts, chopped & toasted
- 3/4 c whole wheat pastry flour
