Ingredients:1 15-ounce can black beans, not drained1 10-ounce can Rotel tomatoes with diced green chilies, not drained2 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp cumin1/4 tsp ground black pepperoptional: 4-5 dashes of hot sauce1 tsp olive oil1/4 cup onion, chopped1/2 cup uncooked rice3 Tbsp waterCourse: lunch,main course,main dish,dinner
