  • teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup honeyed cream cheese for spreading
  • cup dried blueberries or other dried fruit
  • 1 egg white slightly beaten
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour – (to 4 ½)
  • cup milk
  • teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
