  • 5 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup melted non-hydrogenated margarine
  • Pinch of salt
  • 6 scoops non dairy vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup organic “white” sugar
