Janet’s St. Regis Pecan Pie W/ Honey Glazed Pecans

Ingredients:

  • cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter.. please use real butter… don't make me come over there!
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (I used minis, but any will work)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla(real..don't you dare use imitation!)
