  • 12 ounces Soft goat cheese – (1 ½ cups)
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 1/2 cups Sour cream divided
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
