  • 1 cup Boiled vegetables, potatoes and beans
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup Yellow and Red Bell peppers, steamed and julienned
