- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 medium red bell pepper, stemmed, cored, and chopped
- 400 g chopped tomatoes, from a can
- ½ cup beef broth from 1 cube
- ⅓ cup white wine
- ½ tbs dried oregano
- ¼ tsp dried rosemary
- ¼ tsp nutmeg, grated
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 150 g dry farfalle pasta
- Parmesan cheese, grated, for sprinkling
