  • 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 bag Enjoy Life brand mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup gluten free oat flour
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup roasted pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup white rice flour
  • 1/4 cup sorghum flour
  • 1/4 cup Earth Balance Soy Free Spread
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt, vanilla flavor (So Delicious brand)
