Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tablespoon milk
- 2/3 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups of penne pasta (but you can use anything!!)
- 1/2 cup of finely chopped red pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces smoked salmon
