- 4 tablespoons fresh butter
- 1 tablespoon large egg yolk beaten with 1 water
- Fleur de Sel (or pretzel salt if you have it)
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Some vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 cups of whole-wheat pastry flour
