  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 2/3 cup baking soda
  • 4 tablespoons fresh butter
  • 1 tablespoon large egg yolk beaten with 1 water
  • Fleur de Sel (or pretzel salt if you have it)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Some vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 2 cups of whole-wheat pastry flour
