Ingredients:

  • A large handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 40gr / 1.5 oz. (roughly) of butter to cook the pancakes
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 4 large eggs
  • 170gr / 6 oz. plain flour
  • 4 large garlic cloves chopped finely
  • 100gr / 3.5 oz. parma ham
  • 375gr / 13 oz. mozzarella di bufala
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 150gr / 5 oz. finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 500ml / 17 fl. oz. reduced fat milk
  • ¼ tsp of salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
