  • tablespoon Water chestnut flour
  • 2 Egg whites

  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch paste
  • 1 teaspoon Chili paste with garlic
  • cup Chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons Dark soy sauce
  • 1 Pinch sugar
