Ingredients:2 Good quality duck breasts1 Cinnamon stick2 Star anise2 centimeters Ginger (sliced)4 Garlic cloves (slightly crushed and leave the skins on)2 stalks Spring onion (cut into about 4-5cm)Orange zests, to taste3 1/2 tablespoons Orange juice4 tablespoons Dark soy sauce5 tablespoons Soy sauce1 1/2 teaspoons Sugar1 teaspoon White pepper2 tablespoons Chinese rice wine2 teaspoons Five-Spice powder
