  • 1 medium sweet onion (like vidalia), chopped into quarters
  • 1 entire garlic, skin on
  • olive oil
  • sea salt
  • 2 cups of Chicken stock
  • 1 cup Parmesan or Romano Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
