  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 4 ears sweet corn
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
